Had good trip, good lunch, good souvenir, and good meal treats :P
Good culture exposure also, since Indians (especially foreigners) in S'pore are much more than in Malaysia. And since Malaysian Indians are assimilated already, the real culture could be seen here..

Probably I've been taking Deepavali's celebration in KL for granted or the decorations sold here are soo much better??

This is my favorite ornament!! Fell in love with it when I went to someone's house months back. Seemed that it was bought in Cambodia or Vietnam (don't remember). If anyone sees this from India or Thailand or whenever (not in M'sia~), pleaseee kirim balik...:p

The moboto guy is leaving on a rich scholarship..
Funny thing is I heard from their group that their last reunion was 2 yearssss ago.
If this moboto guy is not leaving, maybe the next reunion would be- err- when there's a marriage? :P

Not all of us gathered because some have left to other places after the lunch. So there..few of us here posing

McRitchie Park

Whole group of labmates comprising of 2 different labs actually went together for this. And we had a good lunch treat by Prof Ong=)

It was this dark when we climbed and walked for about 1 hour

And it looked clear for a while

But in the end, it became like this..and all of us hid under the shades over there

Planning to go again and to finish the whole walk..with different gang=)

Oh yeah, we went to Prof. Ong's mansion (it was really a mansion!!) and he showed us this bird nest that came to his house. Seemed that the birds will make nest there twice a year..

Pity the birds that they have to tumpang at people's house to survive..but Prof. Ong's house was really a nature's mansion:)

This month is supposed to be a sweeter month of the year- beCauSe it's already in the 3rd quarter of the year.. means 3rd quarter had past by..means I've survived 3/4 of the year..and means..
Means a lot la..

How come the surprises that come are not as positive as it can always be?

I do admit that there are many setbacks and surprises..
But can't this month promise me much much much better and much much more positive surprises?

Instead of those vivid occasions that really happened just as I possibly could had imagined earlier?
