Lessons..again..

Lessons that I've learned today:

1. Convince yourself before convincing others.
2. Set high standards.

These two are indeed, invaluable lessons for me today.
I managed to convince a very perfectionist person.
But...at the same time, I also learned that his sheer success is due to perfectionism.

Good or bad?
Half cup of milk- depends on how you see it..

Blooming flowers of friendship and life

My best friend whom had battled along with me all these years had left to US for good..
It was a really bitter farewell, and yet paradoxically, a sweet one too for us..
It is really for a much better future for her..

I will be reading on her new chapter of life soon...:)

Losing such a close friend especially in a foreign land, where as you grow older, you tend to be less open too..

It is indeed, quite a different experience for me. Moreover, for me whom treasure friendships and sincere friends, this is something quite drastic. To be frank, it's even much, much more emotional than breaking up...Nevertheless, the wonderfullll moments that we have spent together will always be there..

I have friends that tend to find me only when feel lonely, and I usually do not response much to these requests. Recently I have one occasion, after realizing that her husband had left the country for work and she's lonely. And to be truth, I really regretted saying yes to meet her up before finding out that her husband had left for work. I was trying to pacify myself to be more understanding for her, but I just can't lie to myself.

Lessons: always remember to spend time only with people whom you think is worth spending your time with.

On the other side, since the long draught from early this year, the plants were all dried and drying: which was kind of sad.

Now, these are blooming again:D thanks to the rainy season/ normal rain-shine-rain-shine days:D

I had been watching the grass turned from:

And wind blewing off this going-to-bloom-soon flower due to the extreme dry season... :(

To.. Ta daaaaa~
See what I've found:

The last picture is more meaningful for me, because as I pass through the field every morning, these grass flowers seemed to bloom and occupy more than the day before..

They're in fact, just normal ordinary grass.. But imagine being a tiny people walking among these beautiful 'trees', nice right???:p

When patriotism is even going down to the sewage system..

In the midst of waiting for the lives to be safe (i still have hope despite the days that flew off), what I personally feel as each hour passes is: how our country's incompetency in disaster management is really a joke, especially at the ministerial level. I would say that the effect is even greater for Msians that are residing in overseas (like me); I just don't know how to portray my patriotism when things are so, so bad. Do you know that we have to show a greater patriotism when we're at overseas, despite earning at foreign countries and then spend more back in our home country? Do you know how much I promote people to Msia for holiday, etc?

But....all the yes and then no statements, saying want to be transparent and then: we can't release more information right now; the contradicting words here and there...the stolen passports suspects' similar pants...the different hours of detected signal....sigh.. these are really great jokers man...
Asking a bomoh is even...
And the world is watching.....

Do we need such a bad publicity?
Someone even told me today "I really sympathize with you"
Someone else told me "Hey, at least now Msia is famous!"

To be truth, I can't even bother to log into facebook these days....
And I keep updating myself with info on the news only...(so much of rumours anyway)
But I really, really lose hope with them....

And to add on, with the recent convictions of Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Karpal Singh... you know what it is about.
Opposition Leader and PR Chief Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim was handed - See more at: http://www.themalaymailonline.com/what-you-think/article/datuk-seri-dr-wan-azizah-a-moral-choice-for-kajang-selangor-and-malaysia-li#sthash.FT7g47PG.dpufdddd

If you guys can't rule, please leave and spare the future for the others..
Msia is such a beautiful country to be ruined by brainless people like you all.
Please don't be so selfish. You guys are clearly trying to finish all the resources and then can't be bothered on the rest..
I just can't believe how you guys could sleep so soundly at night...

So corrupted and incompetent...
How bad do we have to get before things will be improved again?

Movie lessons

While we were looking at the cinema screen for any other interesting movie, a young stranger came up to us..
And so, the conversation became like this:
A: Hi. I Hv 3 tickets here as my friends failed to turn up (showing us the tickets)
Me: oh. We've bought ours, thanks. What time is the show?
A:7pm (5mins away).
Me: maybe you can give to those by the Q?
A: I don't dare leh.
Me: =.='' then you dare to pass to us??? (Sigh... Not a good sign huh? Do we looked tht timid? Urgh...)
A: well, they're by the counter.....
Me: oh..okay. thanks but, we have to go already. (Sigh I can't believe tht at all =.=)

I wouldn't care so much for this young boy's words if not because of recent events in which I've been told I'm small size la, girl will always be weaker la..etc...
Nonsense huh?:(

Feel like I/we will be targeted if go out to travel alone too...

And second lesson learned is:

Pls check synopsis before buying ticket as 'non-stop' is a not suitable movie for those that will flying off long distance soon....

I was just so tempted with the main actor (heh heh) that I forgot tht I was one of those complaining the cost-saving movie from this airplane-based settings.. XP
