Instead of answering reports that fell to silent ears or can't be bothered notes, they were more hardworking in changing the road signs...and to cause havoc in now and future..
For changing road signs: it's a totally waste of money, causing direction headaches, changes of address
worldwide-satellite system, and that someone were robbed and in order to report the
affected area/location)

Why always walk backwards than to fly forward ah? *depressing* =.=
